EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF: DANIEL WILLIMONT


Delphi Resort has recently appointed the award-winning Daniel Willimont as Executive Head Chef.

A UK native, Daniel attended the Royal College of Catering in Cheltenham for three years, specialising in classical training in French cuisine, before perfecting his culinary skills in a variety of hotels and restaurants while traveling the world. Daniel has received an abundance of awards over the years including Best Chef in Connacht 2015. Daniel, who joined Delphi Resort from Mount Falcon Estate in Co. Mayo, is passionate about home-grown food and locally sourced produce, which falls perfectly in line with the resort’s ethos.

Commenting on his new role Daniel said, “I am delighted to join the team at Delphi Resort. The resort brings together the stunning Connemara landscape with top quality food and hospitality. I am looking forward to working with the team and local suppliers to continue work on Delphi’s journey as a top gourmet destination in Ireland.”
