Food & Drink Event Series 2016

Delphi Resort are delighted to host the second Food and Drink Event Series this year following a successful first edition in 2015. Eight culinary events will be held at different dining outlets within Delphi Resort in 2016, monthly from May, featuring a diverse choice and range offering something for everyone’s tastes.
The series is perfect for culinary lovers or those simply looking to enjoy a great evening of food, drink and entertainment. With a focus on local foods and suppliers, the series also offers a few twists, with everything from a Spanish Evening to an Artisan craft beer event!
The series is led by Delphi Resort’s Executive Head Chef, Stefan Matz who will work in conjunction with a specialist for each event to deliver guests with a unique experience around food and drink. Guests will enjoy delicious food and drink while learning about where it is sourced, how it is prepared and what drinks were chosen to accompany the dishes.
The series begins on May 12th and features monthly events up until year end. Events will be held in The Chef’s Table by Stefan Matz, the 814 Restaurant at Delphi Resort and at Aasleagh Lodge, Victorian Country House – all under the management of Delphi Resort, Leenane, Connemara.
Numbers are restricted for each event and early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Prices start at €75 and attendees are entitled to 20% discount on accommodation at Delphi Resort’s 4* hotel on the night of the event. All events include a 5 course meal and a glass of matching wine with each course.
