Customer Notice : COVID-19

In view of the government’s position regarding COVID-19, we have taken the difficult decision to remain closed until further notice. We apologise sincerely for any disappointment and inconvenience caused by the closure but have taken this decision to ensure we do everything we can to limit the spread of the virus to our valued team members, customers and suppliers.

Our Reservations team will be contacting all guests due to arrive in the coming weeks to arrange alternative dates.

For bookings made with third parties such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, Groupon.com, and Escapes.ie, please contact your booking agent directly. Note we cannot amend these bookings as the administration of the booking is handled directly with the third party.

NOTE : Our Reservations office hours are Monday to Saturday from 9am-5pm. For the best information, we recommend you deal with our Reservations team directly.

The above statement outlines our current status. Should the national situation change we too will have to review our policies and action plans.
