Yoga
We offer the full retreat experience with our friend Kenneth Ryan, who regularly holds Yoga and Wellness retreats at the resort.
Accommodation
Totally unwind in our 4 Star Hotel, with a spacious and airy room or suite..
Snuggle down to sleep on super-soft cotton bed linen, plump pillows and extra-downy quilts.
The bathrooms all have fluffy oversized towels, perfect for wrapping yourself in after a shower or bath. Even if you’ve brought your own toiletries, the locally made organic bath and shower products in the bathrooms are an additional treat.
As all our rooms are built with the breathtaking scenery in mind, you’ll have a fantastic view close by to wherever you choose to lay your head.
For ultimate relaxation and mindfullness, there are no televisions in the rooms.
Studio
Set in the grounds of the resort, our custom built studio is a space of energy and tranquility. With large open windows, you can take in the stunning views of Connacht’s highest mountain, Mweelrea, standing at 814m tall. The studio is fully equipped and is refreshingly bright and airy – it’s almost like being outside in the wild landscape, with its mossy tones of green and wooden décor, drawing inspiration from the land.
The Spa
Nourish your body, mind and soul in The Delphi Spa. Inhale and exhale in the thermal suite’s sauna or steam room, and soak up the bubbles in the large Jacuzzi.. With spectacular views and relaxation areas to reflect and unwind, The Delphi Spa is a place of sheer tranquility and serenity. Our therapists are fully experienced in holistic and organic treatments – from hot stone and therapeutic massage, to organic facials and skincare.
Thermal Suite
All retreat guests receive a complimentary hour in the spa’s thermal suite. Slip into fluffy spa robes and slippers and relax, rejuvenate and unwind during your free time at the retreat.
Dining
All retreats include only the finest of local produce (where possible) and are served either in The Mweelrea, The Ben Gorm or The 814 Restaurant – depending on the retreat experience. Each space is unique in its views and dining experiences and will be matched with the appropriate retreat.
The Grounds
Set on 200 acres of wild Connemara & South Mayo landscape, the resort sits on the border of counties Galway and Mayo. Located just a stone’s throw from Killary Fjord, Doolough Lake and the Bundorragh River, Delphi is a unique and magical setting. The forest trails that surround the resort are free for retreat guests to roam and seek solace in the surrounding shadows of the mountainous backdrop.
